Processing Time: All orders require 3–5 business days for processing. Custom items may take an additional 7-10 days depending on design complexity.

  1. Shipping Method: Standard shipping is 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS.

  2. Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. So Social is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

  3. Holiday & Peak Times: Shipping may experience delays during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience! 

Returns and Exchanges

Because all of our items are custom and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, your happiness matters to us!

  • If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a printing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sosocial.cc@outlook.com with photos, and we will make it right.

  • Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or custom design errors approved by the customer before production.

  • All sales are final once the order is submitted..
